Main founder of the company is Thomas Zarogiannis. He comes from Gardiki village of Trikala. Since his yougth, he got to meet the cheese art and in 1959 he has been dedicating himself to the cheese making.
During the first 15 years of his career he was founding small production labs in several villages of Trikala and Karditsa. He was producing feta cheese, kefalotiri and kaseri selling his products to the local cheese dealers.
In 1974 he rent the cheese lab of the Agriculture Association of Theopetra village and started systematic production of cheese.
In 1994 the company changed hands. His son Vassilis is the owner now, keeping the same philosophy like his father.The production focused on the kaseri making and the past few years tha company keeps on growing.
In 2007 the company was reestablished in Peristera village of Kalambaka. New buildings are constructed, fully modernised and equiped in order to fulfil the needs for the excellent cheese making!
